The Disney Vacation Club is a vacation ownership program that allows members to save on accommodations for future Disney vacations. The club has membership options to fit all types of travel style and budget.

I worked worked closely with Interaction Designers, and Content Strategists to create simple and intuitive interfaces for members to manage their points and payments. We also built a tool which allowed members to search for available rooms across all the Disney Vacation Club properties.

 

Points Dashboard

Members receive an annual allotment of points based off their membership which can be redeemed for vacations all year round. Larger and more expensive vacations or accommodations can be afforded by banking points to a future year, or borrowing against a future year's allotment.

Real time data updates give members important information regarding their membership's points status.

COntextual Transacations

Contextual transactions allow members to intuitively manage their points across all memberships. 

 
 

Resort Availability Tool

During peak travel seasons, it can oftentimes be a challenge for members to find room accommodations at their favorite Disney resorts. The Resort Availability tool, allows members to quickly see availability across all Disney Vacation Club resorts. Results are shown as groupings of Full or Partial Availability depending on the number of days available from the initial search. The Partial availability sections can expand to show the availability for multiple months, allowing members to adjust travel dates or plan to split their time across multiple resort locations.
