ROLE:
Digital Designer

My Disney Experience is the account management tool for the Walt Disney World website. Guests can update profiles, add reservations, plan daily itineraries, and add people to their friends and family list.  

Working with interaction designers and design leadership, I assisted in the developing the user experience of the page. As digital designer, I was directly responsible for the overall look and feel for the My Disney Experience landing page and the layout for both PC and Mobile screens.

 


"Guide Me"

The "Guide Me" flow helps guests link tickets and reservations that might have been acquired from a variety of different sales channels. We developed a simple and intuitive flow that walked the guest through the process.

Simply Understandable

More complicated actions were broken up to only show when needed. This kept the experience simple and digestible. 

 
 

The Landing Page

Once guests have linked their family members, tickets, and resort reservations; the My Disney Experience landing page allowed guests to add plans for their upcoming vacation including: customizing magic bands, reserve fastpasses, and making dining and entertainment plans.
