Digital Adventure Handbook

All your adventure details, in the palm of your hand

Working with business partners and associate designers, we created an modern solution to replace the physical Adventure Handbook guests receive when booking an Adventures by Disney Trip.

Previously, the company would send guests a booklet that offered detail information about their trip. To modernize the experience, we created a Progressive Web App to replace the booklet; creating the ability to save the handbook to their mobile devices and access information, even without internet connection.

Starting with our guest’s needs, we begin the experience with their arrival information. We also link them to other important content and to the itinerary details.

For the Itinerary detail screens, we begin with large immersive photography, then breakdown their day; allowing the guest to easily scan the information.

Motions and Transitions

As part of this project, we also established transition states for the navigation bar and a swipe transition to allow the guest to navigate the application like a book.
